We are working exclusively with a fast-growing, innovative food manufacturer to recruit a visionary Sales & Marketing Director. This is a unique opportunity for a proven commercial leader to shape brand strategy, accelerate growth, and drive market share across the UK and international channels.

The Role

• Own and deliver the commercial strategy across retail, foodservice, and B2B markets.
• Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Develop compelling marketing campaigns and brand activations that resonate with consumers.
• Build strong customer relationships at a senior level, negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with the board to identify new opportunities, channels, and product innovation.

The Candidate

• A strong track record in senior sales and/or marketing leadership within food, FMCG, or closely related sectors.
• Demonstrable success in delivering top-line growth and building strong customer partnerships.
• Experience of leading multifunctional teams, with excellent people leadership and influencing skills.
• A commercial mindset, with creativity and data-driven decision making.
