In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of foodservice and food manufacturing customer accounts.
The Role
The successful National Account Manager will:
- Manage and develop a customer base of foodservice and food manufacturing customer accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within target channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and profitability across key accounts.
- Represent the business professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
The Candidate
The successful National Account Manager will have:
- Experience in the FMCG industry with knowledge of food legislation.
- Previous experience working within a compliance and standards driven environment – British Retail Consortium (BRC).
- Self-motivated and a strong commitment to personal development.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication skills.
