The Role

As the Interim Technical Systems Manager, you will:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, codes of conduct, and retailer-specific standards for some of the top 4 retailers.
• Manage and enhance technical systems to maintain high care and high-risk standards across the site.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring full preparedness and successful outcomes.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, implementing corrective actions to maintain product integrity and safety.
• Maintain robust documentation systems to ensure traceability and compliance with legal and customer requirements.
• Train and support staff on food safety, quality systems, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with retail customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
