The Role
As Technical Services Manager, you will:

• Manage and lead a technical team, ensuring effective collaboration and support across all departments.
• Develop and implement quality assurance systems, standards, and protocols to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the production process, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Oversee the training and development of staff to enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Monitor and report on technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure technical requirements are met and to resolve any technical concerns.

The Candidate:

The successful Technical Services Manager will:

• Have experience dealing with specifications.
• Have worked with customer portals previously.
• Have some experience dealing with the Big 4 retailers.
• Have some management experience.
