The Role
As Technical Services Manager, you will:
- Manage and lead a technical team, ensuring effective collaboration and support across all departments.
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems, standards, and protocols to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the production process, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Oversee the training and development of staff to enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Monitor and report on technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure technical requirements are met and to resolve any technical concerns.

- Have worked with customer portals previously.
- Have some experience dealing with the Big 4 retailers.
- Have some management experience.
