This is a pivotal opportunity for a senior leader ready to take ownership of a complex, fast-paced manufacturing operation.

The Role

• Take full accountability for site performance across production, safety, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
• Develop and implement a clear vision, ensuring the site consistently meets customer demand and exceeds expectations.
• Lead a large workforce, creating a culture of engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with group leadership to align the site strategy with wider business objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency and sustainability through lean manufacturing principles and investment in people and technology.

The Candidate

We are looking for a proven senior operations leader with:

• Significant experience at plant / site leadership level in manufacturing (food, packaging, engineering, FMCG, or related sectors).
• A strong track record of delivering results in cost, safety, quality, and service.
• Inspirational leadership skills – able to engage and develop teams at every level.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational delivery.
