Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of production staff across multiple shifts to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency, ensuring they align with company goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines, implementing best practices to optimize output.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Manage staffing, shift scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is essential.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and achieving operational KPIs.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with senior management.
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern.
A proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
