We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established food manufacturer in Dublin to recruit an experienced and people-focused Manufacturing Manager. This is a key leadership appointment within a busy, high-volume production site supplying retail and foodservice customers.

Our client is seeking a strong, relationship-driven Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a unionised environment and understands the importance of collaboration, communication, and on-the-floor presence

The Role

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in line with business KPIs
• Build strong working relationships with union representatives and site teams
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop and coach production teams to maximise performance
• Work cross-functionally with Technical, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions
• Manage labour planning, productivity, and cost control

The Candidate

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager within food manufacturing or a similar FMCG environment
• Demonstrated experience operating within a unionised site
• Strong leadership and relationship-building capability
• A visible, hands-on management style
• Solid understanding of food safety, quality, and operational compliance
• Track record of driving performance and cultural improvement
