Overview

A leading food manufacturer is looking for an experienced interim Technical Manager to oversee technical compliance and quality assurance. The successful candidate will bring recent experience in the retail sector to ensure compliance with retailer standards. Due to the confidential nature of this role, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required.

The Role

As interim Technical Manager, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and technical standards.
  • Need to be a strong leader with good personal and communication skills.
  • Lead and prepare for external audits, including retailer and BRCGS inspections.
  • Manage technical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as the key technical contact for retailer communications.

The Candidate

The successful interim Technical Manager will have:

  • Recent retail experience, with a deep understanding of retailer-specific standards.
