Overview

As Group Finance Director, you’ll have full ownership of financial strategy, tax planning, and cash management across multiple UK sites. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term financial roadmap, providing insight and leadership to both the board and the wider operational teams.

The Role

• Lead all aspects of financial management across a multi-sited FMCG group.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring efficient structures across the business.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, supporting sustainable growth.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and cost efficiencies.
• Deliver insightful board reporting and financial forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop a talented finance team across multiple locations.

The Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience at Head of Finance, Finance Director or Group Finance Director level.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced sector.
• Proven track record in managing cash flow and implementing tax-efficient strategies.
• Confident in leading multi-site operations and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Hungry, ambitious, and ready to progress into a CFO role in the near future.
