A strong track record of leading factory trials, validating processes, and improving line performance within live production environments
The ability to assess existing processes quickly, identify risk and inefficiency, and implement practical, sustainable improvements
Experience working within centralised or group-led technical and process systems, ensuring site alignment and consistency
Confident, credible communication skills with the ability to influence production, technical, and central stakeholders in a high-pressure operational setting
