We are currently partnering with a well-established and innovative food manufacturer based in London who are looking to bring on two talented NPD Technologists. The Role

As an NPD Technologist, you will:

• Be responsible for driving the development of new food products from concept through to launch.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality, to ensure products meet both consumer demand and regulatory standards.
• Lead and support the development of new products in line with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct product trials, overseeing formulations, and ensuring successful scale-up in production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and refine products throughout the development process.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at every stage of product development.
• Manage the development process from ideation to commercialisation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

The Candidate

The successful NPD Technologists will have:

• Previous experience as an NPD Technologist within the food manufacturing sector.
• A solid understanding of product formulation, process optimisation, and scaling up production.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt in dynamic situations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• A creative and proactive mindset, eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
