As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented multidisciplinary team and oversee the delivery of critical engineering projects while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers across various disciplines.
Oversee all site engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Drive the implementation of new processes and technologies enabled by the recent investment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering strategy with business goals.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an engineering management role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
Demonstrable experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
A track record of delivering engineering projects and driving improvements in operational performance.
Familiarity with implementing new technology or processes in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Relevant engineering qualifications (degree or equivalent) and professional certifications are a plus.
