Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s growth ambitions and long-term vision.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented marketing team to deliver on brand initiatives across multiple platforms.
Innovation & Product Launches: Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for brand growth in new markets and channels, enhancing market share and customer engagement.
Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a deep understanding of consumer trends and behaviors to inform brand decisions and marketing strategies.
Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a senior marketing professional in the food manufacturing or FMCG industries.
Strong background in brand management, with a track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster strong working relationships across departments.
A creative, strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a family-run business or similar environment is a plus but not essential.
