Interim

 

At GWA, we know when you need an interim, you need them now.

We commit to having your CVs within 24 hours but also by the close of play that day. Our experts are available any time of the week and time to support you. Tricky situations don’t always occur between 9-5pm.

Quality alongside speed is our top priority. Alongside of every single CV you receive from our interim team, it will have recent references. We also aim to meet and interview as many contractors as possible, so you get the right people, first time.

No two manufacturers are the same. Even for interim recruitment, matching the right personality to the right site is paramount. A proper brief is essential at the start of the process to do this.

 

Day 1:

  • Detailed brief taken with the hiring manager and/or HR.
  • Within 1hr we will have scoured our extensive database to create a shortlist.
  • CVs are sent to the hiring manager with a call to be booked to go through each individual.

Day 2

  • Interviews arranged – these can be done on teams, with an in-person meeting or a working interview if you need an exceptionally quick turnaround.

Day 3

  • Your contractor starts! (yes, it really can be that quick, if not quicker!!).

 

Communication is king – you only need to ask our contractors to know that we over-communicate if anything. Everyone involved is updated in the process at every stage, and regularly once the contractor is on-site to ensure a perfect fit.

GWA guarantees absolute discretion from when we take the first brief, during the interview process, to after we place the contractor.
